"Burger Time"

The last half of this comic was inspired by a conversation that I had with a good friend many years ago while we enjoyed hamburgers at a Perkins. I know, who goes to Perkins for burgers, right? These guys do. This one is for you, Mark.
Also, it has come to my attention that a few people saw my ranch comic and were all "HAWP totally did this joke already in the Yoshi's Cookie episode". I admit that the jokes are similar. I'll also say that I have seen this--and almost every other--episode of HAWP and enjoy the series overall. However, I did not have this video in mind during any stage of the creation of that comic. The similarities are purely coincidental. Anyway, if you haven't seen it yet, I would recommend checking out HAWP. It's a good series put together by some funny people.
