"Aftermath"

This past weekend we celebrated the second annual Lukeapalooza, a gathering of friends hosted by Luke--whose name you can find scattered around here as the guy who also graciously hosts this website. It's a weekend-long mini-festival where we camp out in the woods on his parents' property, go swimming in the lake, eat lots of burgers, jam out to live bands, win prizes, and drink gratuitous amounts of alcohol.
While I managed to survive the weekend without actually getting any sunburn or ticks, they certainly aren't uncommon side-effects to the weekend. It's been great fun both years, and I can only hope that it actually does turn into a regular thing. I'm pretty sure anyone who attended either year (or both) would have to agree.
